Oklahoma sophomore running back Joe Mixon will return against No. 17 Baylor on Nov. 12 after being suspended for a team rules violation, coach Bob Stoops said Thursday night.Mixon missed the No. 14 Sooners 34-24 win over Iowa State on Thursday night due to the suspension, which was issued Tuesday.The school didnt specify the infraction, but in a statement released through OU, Mixon said he did not respond appropriately to parking attendants and understand and accept the consequences.According to Mixons attorney, Blake Johnson, at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Mixon was given a parking citation on the OU campus.He was frustrated, as most of us are when we get a ticket, Johnson told The Oklahoman.
